The Labo 5 Forum door is ideal for clean room applications where sanitary conditions are a must. The door is designed to meet the high sanitary expectations of the pharmaceutical market. The doorframe is created from a composite material, making it completely washable and ensuring that rust and re-painting are never an issue. The smooth curtain will not trap dust or bacteria, further ensuring cleanliness. The Labo 5 uses the company's patented reinsertion guides which will reinsert the curtain into the side guides without human intervention, should it be accidentally impacted. The soft-bottom edge works to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the event of an impact. Additional safety is achieved through two sets of through beam photo sensors, a NEMA 4X watertight control panel and optional vision panels capable of providing full width visibility. With an opening speed of 48 inches per second, the door helps to keep traffic moving without interruption, ensures efficient climate control and helps reduce energy consumption.
