The AF46 dual wavelength UV absorption sensor features two discrete measurement channels, each with separate wavelengths. This allows a differential measurement that provides superior baseline stability and background noise rejection. Ideally suited for biotechnology and pharmaceutical applications such as chromatographic separation, the AF46 can measure extremely high protein concentrations in ranges up to 30 OD. The AF46 is suited for CIP / SIP and Ultra-sanitary applications and is available with NIST-traceable validation accessories.
