Bio-Pharmaceutical Production Unit

for liquid/liquid and liquid/powder materials

Units range in size from 10- 2,500 gallon capacities, process low to high viscosity materials, and provide various processing steps to include mixing, heat transfer, steam injection, vacuum, and powder injection. CIP or SIP is available on the unit and they feature a bottom drive gear box designed for contamination free duty. Machines are designed according to ASP prescriptions and cGMP validation requirements. Other process features include, heating or cooling, steam injection, vacuum operation. Units can also be supplied with full frequency controls, low level detection, temperature monitoring and other specialized features.
