Autoclaveable Bag Available In A Full Range of Sizes And Shapes

Klave-it™ bags are made of a select Kynar® PVDF film designed to maintain flexibility, strength and impact resistance after sterilization by autoclave. klave-it bags can see continuous temperature at 284°F at 60 psi (significantly higher than standard autoclave operations). Autoclaving bag systems in-house provides greater control and more adaptive sampling procedures. klave-it bags can also be filled and then autoclaved. Because klave-it film is constructed of a fluorinated polymer, it has excellent strength and chemical resistance to minimize leachables, making it safe for use with critical products. Bags can easily handle salt water, chlorine, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, sulfuric acid, bromobenzene, salicylic acid and many other common process chemicals. Their strong chemical resistance widens the application range for bags (e.g., chemical handling, aggressive solvents, exotic additions). Bags are available in sizes 50mL to 500L in pillow and 3D styles, with port sizes 1/8 inches through 1 inches.
