The BioProfile® Basic Automated Chemistry Analyzer provides a real-time, on-line method for monitoring key nutrients and metabolites in cell culture media. Providing rapid measurement of glucose, lactate, glutamine, and glutamate in a single analyzer, it offers automatic, one-button operation, accurate test results in 2 minutes, and automatic analyzer calibration with minimal equilibration time. It also provides a choice of manual sampling, batch processing from a 40-position sampling tray, or direct, unattended sampling from up to four bioreactors using an on-line autosampler. Optional automated, on-line sampling from up to four bioreactors allows hands-free analysis and data review, with feedback control when pre-set limits are reached.
