PTFE Hose Assemblies Designed For Increased Flexibility, Vacuum Resistance And Safety
The PAGE-Flex system utilizes a stainless steel helix wire mechanically fixed to each end fitting, providing end-to-end electrical continuity and enhancing the stability of the hose. This design also offers increased flexibility, reduced minimum bend radius, increased kink and vacuum resistance and a 25% increase in burst pressure. These features increase the safety margins and reliability of the hose assembly, especially when working at elevated pressures or vacuum and temperatures. The PAGE-Flex system is available in PTFE Flare Seal Triclamps and PTFE Flare Seal Swivel Flanges. Sizes range from ½ inches up to 4 inches. The PAGE-Flex system allows for increased "Free Length" of the hose, providing a more flexible hose in shorter hose assemblies.
