Robot Automatically Removes Tyvek Paper From Syringe Tubs

The TRR120 pharma robot is isolator-compatible and designed for quick, reliable and automatic removal of the Tyvek paper from the tubs containing nested and pre-sterilized syringes. It guarantees sterility of the product and makes user intervention redundant. The robot is used for high-speed filling and closing lines reaching an output of up to 60,000 syringes/h. Optical controls continuously monitor the machine functions.
