Vacuum Mixer Homogenizer Is A Self-Contained Processing System
300 liter vacuum mixer homogenizer is a complete, stand-alone vacuum mixing and homogenizing plant and includes self-contained vacuum, temperature control and CIP systems. Agitation is provided by independently controlled inner and outer counter-rotating agitators and a bottom entering high speed homogenizing turbine for perfect batch-to-batch reproducibility of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and personal care products. All product contact surfaces are mirror polished and all exterior surfaces are stainless steel, ideal for sanitary environments. Since all utilities are integrated in to the monoblock structure, installation and start-up times are minimized. Controls are comprehensive and fully integrated into the side of the stainless steel cabinetry.
