SHAREHOLDER SENTIMENT: Pfizer CEO Jeff Kindler took some heat from shareholders at their annual meeting over the company's low stock price and reduction in its profit forecast.

OPTIONS BAN: Shareholders overwhelmingly rejected a proposal to halt new stock options for top executives. Sponsor Evelyn Davis, a corporate gadfly, said options have gotten out of hand.

SAY ON PAY: A board-sponsored proposal to give shareholders an advisory vote on executive compensation did pass, with 97 percent support. Both results aren't final until votes cast at the meeting are counted.
