Perfect Pack manufactures both vertical and horizontal sachet machines.
Among Perfect Pack’s most prominent equipment is the Beta 500 Intermittent-Motion Automatic Sachet Machine, characterized by new and advanced technologies relating to quality, size change simplicity and easy cleaning access. The Beta 500 is made completely of aluminum and stainless steel, and features dosers for powders, granules, pastes, liquids and wet wipes. Particularly suitable for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical sectors, the Beta 500 can perform form-fill-seal operations at speeds up to 800 sachets per minute, depending on the type of product, features of the wrapping material and number of lanes in operation.
Another popular Perfect Pack model is the Kappa 620 Intermittent-Motion Horizontal Sachet Machine, which is suitable for packing pastes and/or liquids, granules and/or powders, and solids with special applicators for caps, zipping mechanisms and drinking straws. Capable of forming and filling up to 11,000 sachets per hour on three independent stations, the Kappa 620 guarantees aesthetically faultless packaging with the possibility of three-side, four-side sealed and doypack-style (stand up) sachets. The Kappa 620 is suitable for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food sectors.
