Containment Solutions For Powder Milling

Company has announced a new design for the L1A Fitzmill Enclosure. The ¾” polypropylene framed enclosure features acrylic sidewalls and sash to maximize transmission of natural light and mill-process viewing. The movable front sash maintains a consistent face velocity to ensure laboratory personnel safety. The enclosure is also available in stainless steel framing with safety glass sidewalls and sash.

The top-mount fan filter housing is equipped standard with a 4” HEPA filter media which is 99.97% efficient and with increased surface area maximizes diffusion of harmful particulates.  The enclosure is complimented with a 10” round service port for gloves or bag-out safety of samples and equipment parts which minimizes potent compound exposure.  The flexible film bag sleeves are an 8 mil. thick poly with an integrated sample sleeve.

The enclosure is available with the L1A internally or externally mounted (pictured).  External mounted enclosures are available through The Fitzpatrick Company. Flow Sciences, Inc. designs and manufactures safety containment solutions for R&D laboratories, nanotechnology research, automation equipment and robotics, and manufacturing and production plants.
