Semi automatic production line for processing of vials, syringes and cartridges consists of:

EDM 3295

Compact machine for simple and precise filling of any sort of containers. Unstable containers such as cartridges, syringe barrels and test tubes can also be processed with appropriate transport and support equipment.

Working principle:

• Containers are positioned manually under the dosing needles

Dispensing the dose is triggered

The filled container is removed

HV 510

The machine closes cartridges and all types of bottles mechanically. Crimp caps, pilfer-proof caps and screw caps can be processed, depending of the machine equipment.

Working principle:

The containers and closures are placed in position manually

The closing process is triggered

The closed containers are removed manually

SVP 100

The machine closes disposable syringes and cartridges by inserting the stopper. By triggering the process manually, stoppers are positioned in the containers precisely and without exerting pressure.
