SureCount Inspection System

The SureCount Inspection system mounts to a bottle filler and provides assurance that each bottle will have the correct number of tablets or capsules. The SureCount inspection system consists of the sensor head, light head, control software, reject system, and air knife. The light head and sensor work in tandem to shine a beam through a hole in each slat cavity. If a tablet is missing, the beam is detected. The control system monitors the sensors and accepts or rejects the bottle. The system also includes a module for detecting stuck tablets and for blowing off dust build up.
