Cancer Patients Given Weak Doses

Close to 1,200 patients in several Canadian hospitals got lower doses of two commonly used chemotherapy drugs than intended, officials said. The watered down drugs were up 20 percent less powerful than they should have been and were given to patients for almost a year.
